Reviews about UK Mail
- M S Review added: 2018.11.11★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆WOW! I don’t think if ever seen such consistent negative reviews for any business, and I totally agree with them all.
Rude, ignorant, arrogant staff who just can’t be bothered to do the job they are paid for. I called a courier who had dropped a parcel off at the wrong address, the response was appalling , he simply didn’t care that he had left at the wrong address when there was even a contact telephone number for the addressee printed on the box and totally different company delivery name as the address?! I had to go out of my way to contact the addressee myself to ensure they got their parcel... Well done that U.K. Mail driver.
UK Mail you clearly have a major problem with your staff and service in Exeter, however your senior management at head office are utter arrogant idiots too, so I doubt your business will improve. Just close down and let your competitors pick up the business and provide a decent service level you’re not capable of providing. You’re a complete joke! - Peter Dyer Review added: 2018.09.14★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆How can people who work for this company sleep at night?
How is the company still in business?
Why are they afraid to have people on the end of a telephone to answer customer queries?
If you have the choice you should avoid dealing with UK Mail at all cost.
There online tracking system is a joke. They just put up random dates and times with no intention of sticking to them. We wasted 2 whole days waiting in for a delivery. Still haven’t got our parcel. Concerned that it has been stolen/lost.
Has anyone else considered taking legal advice?
