- Liz Booker Review added: 2018.05.25★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I contacted this company three weeks ago as I needed a cleaning company to clean our offices once a week. Verbally we agreed two hours and a price was given which I accepted. The owner Jess said he was going on holiday for a week but would contact me to arrange details on his return. I had to contact him as I heard nothing. He said he would send a quote by email and he verbally agreed to start the contract on Friday June 14th.
I again heard nothing from him so contacted him again this morning. He said he realises it is very unprofessional but he doesn't want a contract of only two two hours a week!
It is a pity he could not be more honest in the first place instead of wasting my time.
Professional, reliable and trustworthy they are not!
