- Exeter Trees Review added: 2018.04.05★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Each and every time I come here to collect any parcels it’s a miserable experience. I think 25 minutes is my shortest wait. I feel sorry for the staff as most of the time it’s just the one person serving. Royal Mail keep increasing the cost of stamps and parcels but the overall level of service keeps decreasing.

This was the simplest of business enquiries yet met with sheer rudeness. It was as if I had asked her how to split an atom! Back to Sowton for helpful and friendly staff. Useless!!
